The MSOI will be having class in the Alexander Pool on Thursday July, 24, 2008. The class will being at 6pm. Please bring your swim suit. Sensei Wealer will be teaching the class.

There will be a free swim after class on Thursday.

Well hope everyone is still working out. I still have but now i have stopped until i find out if i fractured my arm and ribs. Taking a shower and fell on the side of the tub. Boy do i hurt. Have waited as well hoping it was going to get better. No luck. Am buised of course so will go in Monday and see what i did!!! OUCH!!!!

Well since no one is getting on here. I was thinking that the higher rank should hold the correct way too act. Show the lower ones how too act. I wonder what Master Shimabuku would say to some of us or how he would act as well. Does any of us have things that we should not do??? Then why are we still doing them??? This is my two cents worth and I know everyone thinks different then i do.
