In order for New Users to post to forums, the system now requires administrative approval.



New users have NO ACCESS to post until I have approved them. This is to keep spammers out - they will not be able to post anything. If you see new users created and then promply disappear, they aren't real people and I'm taking care of them. If you are a real karate-ka with something to contribute, I'll grant you access.

Existing users (real users!) are unaffected and spammers have been disabled.
